Do you process prescriptions to USA?

No, in order for us to release prescription drugs in Canada we need to have a legal prescription & signed by a licensed Canadian doctor; therefore, we cannot honor or process any prescriptions outside Canada.

Can we buy products containing codeine, such as 222, from your site if I live in USA ?

We cannot ship codeine containing medications to USA because of the US customs laws. Personal shopping and bringing home up to 3 month supply is fine, but not as mail orders.

How do I find out the shipping costs?

How do I use your online shopping cart ?

You can start shopping by clicking the "BUY" button, the cart will keep track of the items for you. You may choose to change quantities, continue shopping or to check out.
On the shipping information page, please fill in your shipping address and select your shipping method.
On the billing information page, please fill in your billing details.
You can finalise your order by clicking the "Place Order" button, an order number will return to you. Also an email will be sent to confirm your successful transmission.

Yes, we ship outside North America. There is an option on the shopping cart that you can choose.

What is high encryption browser ?

We use 2048 bit secure encrypted server by Thawte to process our online requests, in doing so, all the vital information will be scrambled during transmission for the optimal security.

Some browsers can only process a lower grade encryption which will not be compatible  with our site, we recommend you to upgrade your browser to 248 bit high encryption.

To check the encryption level of your browser, click  on the top menu bar and go to "Help" and click "About". It should say Cipher Strength, either 128 bit or 248 bit.

Yes, with your request, the licensee will provide the names and practice permit numbers of any regulated members in our pharmacy to our patients in respect to their service.
