The Otrivin® Decongestant
(Xylometazoline Hydrochloride)

Provides fast, long-lasting relief of nasal congestion due to colds, sinusitis and allergies.

Otrivin® Decongestants are available in these sizes:

Otrivin 0.05% Nasal Spray 20mL
Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Spray Adult 20mL or 30mL
Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Spray MD pump 20mL
Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Spray Moisturizing 20mL or 30mL
Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Spray Moisturizing MD pump 20mL
Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Spray Menthol Eucalyptol Scent 20mL or 30mL
Otrivin 0.1% Nasal Drops Adult 25mL

Directions for Nasal Sprays:
With head tilted slightly forward, spray 1 or 2 times into each nostril. Breathe deeply. May be used every 8-10 hours.

Directions for Nasal Spray MD pumps:
Hold bottle upright with thumb under base and nozzle between first and second fingers. With head tilted slightly forward, insert nozzle into nostril and spray once into each nostril. Breathe deeply. May be used every 8-10 hours. Replace cap after use. Before using Otrivin® with M-D® Pump for the first time, prime the pump by spraying several times into the air until a fine mist appears

Directions for Nasal Drops:
With head tilted back, apply 2 or 3 drops into each nostril. May be used every 8-10 hours.

Caution: Use only as directed. Do not exceed recommended dose. Prolonged or excessive use may cause nasal congestion to re-occur or worsen. If condition persists after 3 days, consult a physician.
